The nucleus of the family, he always believed in doing things with your heart. Including cooking for all the family.  Every Friday night and Sunday morning all the kids and grandkids would congregate to enjoy the most finger licking delicious meals.  People used to love coming to our house for holidays just to see what delicacies would be served next. He loved feeding family and friends.

Head Chef

Amos and his wife Marcelle, owned a huge famous restaurant in Fairfax, Los Angles called Marcelles’ cuisine. Servicing hundreds of satisfied customer daily.  Including stars such as xxxxxxxx   

Chemist

Before getting into the restaurant business.  Amos got his skills of mixing and matching the right ingredients, by being a chemist, and mixing and matching the right chemistry to make incredible products.  He has passed these skills down to all his children.
